You’ve seen it before: you’ve got a great idea, the PERFECT solution, but nobody’s listening!  Then Joe offers a similar idea and everyone is swinging from the rafters!
Aarrgh…. “What’s wrong with me?” you ask yourself.
Why does Joe get cooperation, approval and buy-in to implement YOUR idea?
Or, what about those times when you’re selling your idea and nobody’s buying and everything you’ve tried hasn’t worked?
If Your Ideas Are So Good, How Come Nobody’s Listening?
It can be so frustrating when you know you’ve got great ideas and nobody’s even listening. Most often, the problem isn’t the idea….
If it’s truly great idea, and we never really know if it’s a great idea until we put it out there, it WILL alter the balance of power — whether in organizations or in one-to-one relationships….
Fear of altering the balance of power is just one of the reasons most people shoot down your ideas. Knowing just that, you can begin to see why it can feel so tough to get your ideas heard.
Most people go through life with the idea that if “the building ain’t on fire” (even if the idea is needed or even urgently needed) then there is little to no incentive to see YOUR GREAT IDEA get adopted.
Great ideas are almost always initially opposed, but there is a method to get your ideas heard and acted upon.
Today on Million Dollar Mindset Radio Marla Tabaka will be interviewing me to find out how you too can present your ideas effectively, why people reject your ideas and the 5 things you need to do to get buy-in.

The URL below is to LISTEN IN LIVE and where Marla will place the recording to if you can’t make it live. I’m really looking forward to sharing with Marla and we have a surprise to share with you too! I’ve been working on it a long time and look forward to sharing it with you and Marla today.
Have a great Monday and join Marla and me today live at 2pm EST / 11am PST
“See” you on the radio and warm regards
Sharon
